Born and raised in Western Colorado, Brian Bray is a fourth-generation Bray working in his family’s real estate brokerage, which was founded by his great-grandfather, Sherman Bray, in 1946. Brian brings to the table a vast working knowledge of real estate and the trusted name that has become the premier real estate firm of Western Colorado. Working for Bray & Company since 2004, Brian began his real estate career selling residential homes, farm/ranch properties, and development ground. In 2008, he transitioned to sales and leasing of commercial and industrial product, and he became managing broker of Bray Commercial in 2016.
Previous to working in the family business, Brian owned and managed his own businesses and worked in the construction industry. He is educated in construction management and graduated from Mesa State College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Over the years, Brian has had the opportunity to assist his clients in asset disposition/acquisition and represent tenants of large national retailers and small main street businesses. Brian also maintains a large volume of real estate listings for his sales and leasing clients. Through continued education through CCIM and industry forums, Brian is able to stay on the pulse of the existing and emerging industries.
Brian also manages Bray Business Brokerage, where he oversees a team of merger and acquisition specialists. He enjoys educating business owners in making strategic decisions to maximize the profitability of their company before selling it. He is also able to assist buyers in mitigating the risks involved in a business transaction.
Brian resides in Grand Junction with his wife and five children. When he is not working, he enjoys recreating in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. Whether it is sitting at 13,000 feet watching some bighorn sheep or calling in a large bull elk during the rut, Brian won’t miss an opportunity to be hunting the vast expanse of the Rocky Mountain country.
Team Operations Director
Sarah Glidden grew up in various parts of California before moving to the Western Slope of Colorado in high school. She began working for Brian Bray as an assistant in 2018, shortly after graduating Colorado Mesa University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Marketing).
Sarah has a Colorado broker associate real estate license. She is currently pursuing a Certified Business Intermediary designation through the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). As Team Operations Director, she oversees all aspects of commercial real estate brokerage, business brokerage, and asset management services.
Sarah lives in Grand Junction where she enjoys family activities, volunteerism, cooking, exercising, paddle boarding, and reading.
Brokerage and Asset Management Associate
Fernando grew up in the Denver area before moving to Grand Junction to attend Colorado Mesa University. He graduated in May 2026 with two Bachelors of Business Administration (Entrepreneurship and Management), along with a Professional Real Estate Certificate. He joined Brian Bray’s team as an intern in May 2025, gaining experience in property management, asset management, commercial real estate sales and leasing, and business disposition and acquisition marketing and analysis. He accepted a full-time position upon graduation from CMU.
As the Brokerage and Asset Management Associate, Fernando enjoys the opportunity to work alongside business owners, buyers, and investors in business brokerage and commercial real estate. He has a Colorado broker associate real estate license. He is currently pursuing a Certified Business Intermediary designation through the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), as well as a Business Certified Appraiser certification through the International Society of Business Appraisers (ISBA).
In addition to his role at Bray, he works at Loma Livestock Auction to stay connected to the cattle industry, which has been an important part of his life. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, exercising, cooking, and finding new adventures.
Fernando believes life is a marathon, not a sprint, and he approaches both his personal and professional growth with that mindset. He is committed to continually educating himself so he can provide the greatest value possible to the people and businesses he serves, and he hope to someday be someone who motivates others to strive to become the best version of themselves.
Team Operations Coordinator
A Western Colorado native, Bryce Quinn graduated cum laude from Colorado Mesa University in May 2026, with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance), along with a Professional Real Estate Certificate. He began his journey as an intern at Bray Real Estate in the Development division in 2025, where he spent a year gaining experience in land development and project coordination. He accepted a full-time position to join Brian Bray’s team shortly after graduation.
As Team Operations Coordinator, Bryce assists with marketing, transactions, and administrative duties, primarily focused on commercial real estate sales and leasing.
Outside of work, Bryce enjoys taking advantage of everything beautiful Western Colorado has to offer. Whether he’s hiking a new trail, mountain biking, relaxing at the hot springs, or spending time with friends and family, he appreciates every opportunity to get outdoors. He values the strong sense of community in the Grand Valley and enjoys exploring new places throughout the region whenever he can.
